Whispering Oaks RV Resort offers level gravel sites designed to accommodate various RV sizes. While we do not have poured concrete pads, our gravel surfaces are well-maintained and level.  Staff will happily assist you in setting up and breaking down your camp site upon request.   Because every guest's needs are unique, we encourage you to call us directly so we can assign you the best possible site for your specific mobility requirements.  Pedestals are elevated, adaptors are available.

For Accessible Booking Assistance: We are committed to providing a great experience for all guests. Reservations are made exclusively by phone; we do not offer on-line booking.  If you have questions about site accessibility or are ready to make a reservation, please call our park office.  Our staff is available to provide detailed descriptions of our sites and amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable.  

- Daily: $60 Sunday thru Friday

- Weekend:  $75 Friday and/or Saturday

- Weekly: $375 

- Monthly: $775

Three-month stay is the maximum booking allowed. Subject to availability we can extend, not guaranteed.

Campsite availability is limited. To our current guests, if you are requesting an extension, you must give ample notice in writing. Extensions are not guaranteed. Please plan ahead - call park office.

TEN YEAR RULE: Only applies to our extended stay guests, RVs must be 10 years or newer or pass a visual inspection - leaks of any kind or severally damaged RVs are a no go, sorry.   Ask for an inspection, happy to review your specific situation.  

At time of booking, fee structure is as follows:

Daily & weekly: 100% day of reservation

Monthly:  50% of first months stay - balance due day of check-in.  

SEVEN DAY NOTICE:

Credits and/or refunds require seven-day notice. A $60 processing fee applies to refunds. No fee will be charged for standard one-time rescheduling - fees are $60 each additional time you reschedule your one-time park credit. 

• No Prorating: If you stay for a partial month (example: leaving 5 days early), you are still charged the full monthly rate.  
• No "Running Credit" or "Banked days" 
• Anniversary Date = Date of Arrival: Your monthly billing cycle is based on the day you arrive. For example, if you arrive on the 10th, your monthly rent is due on the 10th of every subsequent month.

• Adding Days or Weeks to your extended stay: If you extend your stay beyond the original 30-day monthly agreement, the additional days added will not be at the discounted monthly rate, but rather at the current park rates, *see daily & weekly rate schedule. 

• 30-Day Notification Window:  Please notify management at least 30 days in advance to change, adjust, or cancel your reservation.

Check in:    3 PM

Check out: 12 PM

if custom check in / check out times are needed, confirm with management so we can work with you.

To keep a safe park for your children and pets, please stay within 5-10 mph in the park at all times!

Please notify management ahead of time if you are expecting special delivery. Please note - we do not sign for packages- inform the shipper of our policy.  Daily mail and packages are welcome and are dropped off at the on-site mail center - we do not deliver to your camp site unless requested. Happy to help when needed.  

Feel free to fish at the pond! Children must be with an adult - a $10 daily fee applies for non-guests/visitors of the park. 

PLEASE NOTE: Catch and release only, failure to release fish - you'll be asked to vacate the park.
