Rules and Regulations

1) Please help keep the park clean!  Throw away all trash you produce.  

Important:

No oil changes, no mechanical work or washing of vehicles allowed without management consent.  Please ask about hiring outside vendors to assist in pressure washing your RV.  

2) No loud noise after 10:00 pm. Regarding noise during the day, please be respectful of your neighbors.  Quiet time 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

3) Site fees are due upon check in and on your designated anniversary date - unless prior arrangements have been made.  Extended stay guests paying late, a 10% late fee will apply - with multiple failures to pay you will be asked to leave the park.  (at managements discretion)

4) Campsites must be kept in a neat and orderly fashion at the discretion of management.

5) If you leave for more than one day, awning must be stowed, chairs put away. Every time you leave for an extended period, you are asked to shut your water supply off and notify the camp host.

6) Hazards, if you see or experience any type of park hazard, please notify management immediately without pause.  

7) Drive slow and park in designated areas only.  Do not drive or park on the grass - strictly prohibited.  Only two vehicles allowed per site. 

8) Portable hot tubs or swimming pools NOT allowed.

9) If for ANY reason local law enforcement is dispatched to your camping area due to disturbance, etc. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

10) No tarps are to be utilized for coverage. Minimal outside storage of a few items is allowed.

11) All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the entire property.  No Exceptions will be made. Whispering Oaks cannot except responsibility for unattended children. 

12) Trash disposal - All trash must be in bags. No large items to be thrown in trash receiver.  Household/common waste only.   NO furniture, camping gear, tools, tires, electronics, etc.  If you have large items, ask for assistance, happy to help. 

13) All pets must be under full control of their owners at all times. Pets CANNOT be left unattended. Please clean up after your pets. $100.00 clean-up penalty may apply. Due to reasons of liability, pets deemed to be aggressive breeds will not be allowed on the premises (at owner's discretion).  Please make sure vaccines are up to date.  Keep a current veterinarian report with you and provide upon request. 

14) PLEASE - Do not give out gate code.  Meet delivery drivers at front gate.  Gate remains open from 7a.m. to 7p.m.

15)  ALL GUESTS must register with park management.  No Subletting!

16)  We reserve the right to refuse service - you are a guest and park visitor not a resident. 

17)  Swimming in the pond is allowed at your own risk! PLEASE NOTE: The pond is a natural habitat for wild animals - critters swim too!!  NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - Invite a swim buddy, be safe!  Please stay away from the water fountains. If you see someone in distress call 911
